Assist the Front Office Manager with setting departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
To market and coordinate advertising of the product offered by the resort in consultation with the Front Office Manager.
To keep RCI scores high, by ensuring member and guest satisfaction.
To ensure correct flow of information to Reports.
To conduct training sessions and daily briefings with staff reporting to him.
To generate reports on profits and comparisons of resort ARR with other competitors.
To generate sufficient OTH Business during the lean season.
To motivate the staff reporting to him.
