Experience: 5-8 years
Job Role: Manage entire Punjab & J&K as Branch HR. This is for Customer Acquisition Division of Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd.
Focus on developing a strong culture in the Branch by adherence of right policies and practices.
Responsible for Talent Planning and Acquisition for branches.
Smooth execution of on-boarding and hand holding of the new joiners to drive activation and higher productivity.
Develop ways of employee engagement and drive employee engagement programs in the region to boost morale of the employees.
Work closely with Training Manager to look for opportunities for developing capability.
Engage with employees to increase retention.
Drive and execute initiatives launched at zone and corporate level.
Timely delivery of MIS and all reports
Focus on launching at least one initiative which will have positive impact on people and business.
