Qualification: Certified Scrum Master + BE/B.Sc. Engg./B.Tech/MCA
Experience: 8+ years
As a Scrum Master in DXP-SI Team will lead one or more SCRUM teams contributing features and functionality to our Digital Experience Platform applications. Will be responsible for ensuring that the teams are high performing with respect to Agile/SCRUM guidelines and best practices in a scaled agile framework. Will also be called upon to be an active contributor to driving adoption and continuous improvement of Agile/SCRUM across the organization. Will also be responsible for coaching other Scrum Masters within Digital Journeys and ensuring all are aligned in terms of how delivery efforts are organized and run.
As a Scrum Master within the R&D organization you should be delivery focused and ensure that you together with your teams regularly exceed customers expectations in terms of rolling out new features and functions as per the communicated roadmap.
Years of experience:
Good communicator with excellent planning and execution skills
BS or MS in Computer Science or other related field
Most recent 5+ years as a Scrum Master in an application development environment
Must be a Certified Scrum Master

Ability to function as Scrum Master for multiple projects
Ability to identify risks or issues during the sprint and help the team in resolution of issues which impede progress.
Good exposure on sizing techniques used in agile process (Story Points)
Ability to improve team maturity levels in understanding process and improving productivity in terms of velocity
Ability to train or educate team on agile process
Strong coaching skills and experience in mentoring other Scrum Masters
Exposure in using Agile Life Cycle Management tools like JIRA and recognize the importance of such tools in driving success
Use of KPIs as part of team management, stakeholder comms and continuous improvement
Knowledge management tools such as Sharepoint, Confluence etc.
