To received customer complaints thru phone calls, emails, letters etc
To maintain complaint register.
Identification and Trace ability for rejected products and repaired products from customer (Customer Property).
Rectify the faulty unit and send it to customer, in some cases we send replacement unit against which we received faulty unit.
To follow up and update the replacement the record.
To take corrective and preventive action with the help of D&D production and management.
To visit hospitals, dealer place when ever required.
To analysis of complaint i.e. under warranty and above warranty ,complaints due to D&D, Mechanical fittings, assembly fault in process final inspection
Responsible to resolve / Close the complaints and inform customer accordingly. Record the data in customer complaint register
Responsible for all the responsibility given by management as & when, required.
