Job Purpose :He/She will be responsible for increasing the member retention rates across all touch points for West Zone and manage ASF collections from fully paid members. Continuously analyze various factors which are leading to cancellations/non payments and thereby reduce the cancellation inflow and increase the revenue from deep ASF OD bucket 

Job Responsibilities  :
To improve member retention rates across all touch points for West Zone branches 
To reduce overall cancellation Inflow by working on member negativity across various touch points
Understanding Requirements, architecting and designing strategies for reducing member cancellations
Reduce delinquency buckets of ASF overdue members by focusing on higher bucket collections
Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with Sales team members and ensure all points discussed are responded to within agreed timeline
Prepare and manage dashboards, analysis on various levels and share insights with business team as well to plan business accordingly
